Furthermore, we have a strict policy for guest posts and only allow content that provides value to our readers. Please read our guidelines before submitting your content to us. 

We do not charge you for the guest post and allow 2 do-follow links (lifetime) per piece of content. 

Our Content Writing Guidelines:

Here are our Guest Post Guidelines:

1. Article Length: Minimum of 800–1000 words (please don’t add fluff words if you don’t hit the mark).
2. Your content must be unique, readable according to Yoast SEO or Rank Math. We don’t compromise over content quality.
3. Short Intro: Approx 150 words. Introduce your topic and then tell the reader what the post will cover.
4. Content Language: English Only. 
5. Friendly tone: Conversational. You can add emojis or GIFs if you like.
6. Proper headings, subheadings, short paragraphs. Paragraphs are usually max 2–3 lines. 
7. Short Bio: 1–3 sentences. You can include links to your website or social accounts.
8. Images: We only accept royalty free images. NO STOCK IMAGES. We appreciate the use of vector images. A Google search image should be more than sufficient if you cite the image source link under the image.
9. High Quality: Original, actionable, organized and accurate. Please cite your references for any facts you use.
10. We only allow 2 do-follow links per piece of content. However, there is no limit to reference links.

Here’s what we DON’T want:

1. Too many backlinks: You can include a maximum of 2 links per post to your site. (including the link in your bio). If you have more than two links in the submitted article, only the first two links will be considered.
2. Thin content that demonstrates a lack of depth of knowledge on a topic. 
3. Fluff: redundant, filler words, using many words to say a little. (Also no keyword stuffing). 
4. We don’t allow overly promotional content. 
5. We don’t accept Adult, Casino, Gambling, and Betting content on our site to keep it good for our respectable visitors.   
6. Previously published or sponsored content is not allowed.
7. No stock images. Only royalty-free images.

How to Submit Your Article

Below are the steps on how to submit your article:

1. Go through the above guidelines. 
2. Create an article based on the guidelines, preferably on Google Docs, with using proper tags.
3. Share the Google Doc with us at contact@webrigo.com. Please give us the rights to edit the article. 
4. Please add your author profile, bio and contact information at the bottom of the page.
5. We will check for quality of content, facts, plagiarism, AI content and links attached.
6. We will add comments and highlights points where we feel things need to be changed. 
7. After approval, we will create an author profile on our blog and post the content from your profile. 

The whole process usually takes up to 7 days.
